Took about two minutes to snap it onto the perch and drop in a suet ball, and the bluebirds found it within the hour. The fit is snug enough that it doesn’t wobble in the wind, which is exactly what I wanted for the backyard feeder.
The mounting onto the perch is genuinely tool-free, which made attaching it a ten-second job. Haven't seen a single ball dropped since I hung it up, and the birds are already going through one every couple of days.
My pair of blue tits found it within the hour—the simple clip-on design means I didn't have to fiddle with any tools, and the suet ball stays put even during a gusty afternoon. It's a solid little holder that makes refilling a thirty-second job.
